We’re back down on the farm. Day 1. The weather people luckily were wrong again. It wasn’t sunny, but wasn’t a washout either. Accomplishments included pulling out a newly discovered railroad tie, relocating a very cool sandstone rock that used to serve as the first step to my grandpa’s shop, used an angle grinder for the first time (thanks for the suggestion, Kraig) to cut off a frozen nut off the trailer to install the new tire, and moved load of concrete sidewalk pieces down to the old barn. We started on Dad’s junk pile and got one load from it and Beck started cleaning out the old chicken house. It’s supposed to be sunny tomorrow – it better be!
